All of Hoofers, including but not limited to clubs, teams, and youth programs, domain names must be registered under one of the Hoofer advisers with the hoofer-adviser@rso.wisc.edu email address and access to those accounts be given to the advisers, Hoofer Council Tech Chair, Hoofer financial specialist, and appropriate leaders from respective clubs.
